By the Cut or Bulk?

How does Bulk Meat work? 

Best for larger families and if you have a lot of freezer space.

Buying bulk meat means that you are buying a portion of an animal. We offer bulk meat for beef in whole, half, and quarter portions. We also offer bulk meat for pork in whole and half portions. Pricing and basic information on the amount of meat you get back is on the shop and pricing page. If you have questions feel free to contact us!

This is how it works:

1. You contact us looking for bulk meat

2. Will get back to you with upcoming butcher dates. You decide on a date and we mark you down for the portion you want on that date.

3. On the butcher date I will take the animals in. I will advise you to call the butcher a day or two after. This phone call will consist of how you want your meat cut up. If you are unsure the butcher can walk you through it. He will ask things like how thick you want your steaks cut or if you want your bacon smoked. 

4. I receive the hanging weight from the butcher and I can let you know your total.

5. Typically 2-3 weeks after the initial butcher date the meat will be ready. We go and pick it up for you and talk with you about a pickup date and time. We can store the meat in our freezer for a limited time.

6. You pick the meat up, pay us, and enjoy!

How Does by the Cut work?

We offer a variety of cuts of pork, beef, and pasture raised chicken. Pricing can be found on the shop and pricing page. You can either contact us to place an order or come shop through our freezer by appointment.

How it works:

1. Check out our price list and decide what you would like to order.

2. Contact us with your order. 

3. We will get back to you with a total or if we are sold out of anything. 

4. Once you receive the total and verify the receipt we send you is correct, we will set up a date and time for pickup.

5. Arrive on time, bring your order home and Enjoy!
